Music shows on KBS, MBC and SBS cancelled for this week
After the date for funeral for Korea’s ex-president Kim DaeJoong has been set, all 3 major broadcasting companies proceed with the decision for no airing of shows and comedies on their channels.
And with that, all 3 music shows for this week on KBS, SBS and MBC have been cancelled.
Announced on 19th August shows that will not be aired or are cancelled:
* MBC ‘Music Journey LaLaLa’ on 19th August
* MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ on 22nd August
* MBC ‘Gag Ya’ on 23rd August
* KBS ‘Music Bank’ on 21st August
* SBS ‘WootChatSa’ on 20th August
* SBS ‘Inkigayo’ on 23rd August
But the following programmes will air as usual:
* MBC ‘Golden Fishery’
* MBC ‘Infinite Challenge’
* MBC ‘Sunday Night’
* SBS ‘Family Outing’
Ex-president Kim DaeJoong was hospitalised last month on 13th for pneumonia symptoms, he was given treatment but he passed away on 18th August at 1.43pm. The funeral ceremony will be held on 23rd August.

MBC cancels more shows
Horror Movie Factory will air its last episode this upcoming weekend and a new show, supposedly called Oppa Band(translated by allkpop) will replace it. I don't know the full details of this show yet since it's not up on MBC's website yet that I could navigate through.
Also, Quiz Prince might get canceled also. I haven't heard any official news, but it wouldn't be surprising.
When will MBC take a hint? Get some creative people into one room and create an outgoing show like Family Outing and 1N2D with a different aspect. It shouldn't be that hard for them.

I will be MIA this weekend. (June 6/7) I'm going to Paris and I will be back on sunday night. Shout out to the Aigo campers, don't waste your time camping, there will be NO uploads by me. Inkigayo + Music Core in particular. Again I call out DKYang, since he provides alternative links. But don't expect anything, only if DKYang has the time :)

I just have to repeat it here, do not mail any of the mods for an invite or ask on this blog. If you happen to look around, you could see that there are ways to get an invite.

These shows have been canceled for today
Perhaps it's because of the sudden death of the past president that these shows were canceled. I don't know the real reason. The TV guide says that a documentary was being shown replacing most of these shows for today.

Some of you already know about Daemang that was airing during the Sunday Sunday Night segment on MBC. The show is officially canceled as of what I know.
Most of you already know one of the new shows that started today.
1. Horror Movie Factory featuring SNSD
2. Quiz Prince featuring a bunch of well known MCs
